The Alpha Course is coming to Bethany!
If you could ask God one question, what would it be?
What is the point
of life? What happens when we die? What relevance does Jesus have for our
lives today?
Alpha is
an opportunity for anyone to explore the Christian faith in a relaxed, nonthreatening setting over ten thought-provoking weekly
sessions, with a one day retreat about the Holy Spirit in the middle of those sessions.
We will have a special dinner on Sunday, January 29th during
which time we will have some fun, and explain what Alpha is all about. That night will be the perfect time to bring
a guest! There is no charge for this study. The materials and the meals are our gift to you.
The study itself will begin on Sunday, February 12th (one week after the Super Bowl). During each session people enjoy a meal, laughter and learning in a fun and friendly atmosphere where no question about life
or God is seen as too simple or too hostile. Sign up begins December 1st on Pastor Steve Qualben’s
