The BLC youth groups participate in fellowship, faith building and fun activities that help to build lasting relationships centered on the belief that Jesus Chirst is our Lord and Savior.

Jr. High Youth Group

The Jr. High Youth Group has scheduled activities monthly.  These activities include fellowship activities, service opportunities and faith discussions.  Students in 6th, 7th and 8th grade are invited to join us for any of our activities.  Bring a friend and enjoy time spent with your peers while learning more about how God is active in our lives.

Confirmation Instruction

Confirmation classes are for students in 7th and 8th grade.  Classes are held the first 2 Wednesdays of each month.  We gather for snacks and games before going into instruction time.  Instruction time is led by Pastor Steve and small group sessions are led by "sheppards" to provide deeper discussion of the days topic.  Our time wraps-up with a student led worship.  Want to know more?  Please contact Pastor Steve or Matt White in the church office.

Jumpstart

Jumpstart is an after school program for students in 6th grade.  Jumpstart is just what it sounds like . . . a jumpstart to Confirmation.  Students gather for snacks and games then head to the Bethany Pre-school where they read stories to the little children.  After that they have a short lesson followed by a craft project or game of some sort.  Jumpstart is designed to give students basic information and serve as an introduction to the Confirmation classes that they will participate in over the next 2 years.  Got a question or want to help out?  Please Contact Judy Kramer or Matt White in the church office.
